JKL Consulting Engineers was established at 1993 as a water utility and        services. At 1998, JKL got two licenses from Primayer (a UK based producer of leak detection technologies) and Jung Pumpen (a Germany based producer of high tech. Pumps for sewer systems) companies. From 2003 JKL was granted the grade for water systems engineering works by the Iranian Management And Planning Organization and commenced its consulting services.

          JKL activities are followed by two sections:

a) Technical Department

Presents high quality consulting works in the area of:

-         Unaccounted For Water (UFW) studies

-         DMA monitoring and Minimum Night Flow (MNF) measurements

-         Leak Detection

-         Monitoring and Telemetry

-         GIS and Hydraulic Modeling

-         Pressure Management

b) Commercial Department
